Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They deserve 10 stars. I never experienced any other location to serve me within 5mins with a line backed up in the main highway. I only had to take a 30min lunch break. Awesome 🙌🏾

My nibbler sandwiches were all burnt and came with hardly no sauce. I ordered extra sauce in preparation of such things but alas they did not give it to me. I ordered large sweet teas and they tried to hand me mediums. I was very polite and so were the employees. To summarize they need to get their ducks in a row or perhaps I should say chickens.

Sometimes the service can be hit or miss. Past couple of times though it’s been great. The line moves super quick, the food is nice and hot and the customer service is good. I do have to ask for the wings to be well done though…

It's a hit and miss with Zaxby's. When you get the food fresh it is really very good. However, most of the time, either the fries are cold and chicken is hot, the chicken is cold and fries hot, or both are cold. It rare that both are fresh, but when it is it's really good. I really like their salads though. I haven't had a negative experience with the salads so those are normally on point.
