“I use to visit this location quite frequently at night. I stopped going due to the poor customer service with a very tall gentle men. He was always rude and rushed people out of his store. The other night I decided to stop back in on my way home from work. A very pleasant young lady was working along with a young man. The store was incredibly clean and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. The young lady that was working was so friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor as we joked about things while she made my subs. Great job to the management of this establishment for hiring such excellent employees to replace those that weren’t the best! I look forward to seeing the new night staff each time I visit now!”

“Staff had horrible language and conversation choices. Food tasted great but the portions were skimpy for the price. Diner was clean and convenient. I witnessed the treatment of a guest who was using the charging stations they offer in there diner and didn't agree with how they were treated. I won't be back to the store on Monroe for this reason .There r other places with larger portions of door for the price that fill you up and many more options to customer service that is more inviting then this restaurant.”

Getting the order right was all that I wanted or expected but she exceeded that expectation. She may have had a long day like I did but it was a refreshing to see a smile at the end of that day !!”

“The cook that worked that night I think his name is Orlando. He did an absolute amazing job with preparing our food with the best of care. He was aware of my allergies and quickly accommodated without pause. Man deserves a raise also our waitress had did a great job relaying our order and attending to us. We even seen how that team worked under the pressure of an intensive night rush. Like I've seen a rush but never at that scale especially at night. They all knocked it out the park. No problem and no hesitation.”

“Thank you to this Hungry Howie's, which helped salvage an evening. I had originally ordered and paid for Papa John's online. However, when I went to Papa John's (the Lake Jackson location) the store tried to charge me substantially more than what I paid online. I showed them the receipt and the store flatly refused to do anything except charge an incorrect price. In the end, I walked out and ordered Hungry Howie's from the parking lot. Had my order in 20 minutes. Problem solved! And the pizza and cheesesticks are consistently good.”
