    I took myself to dinner here tonight and I had the best evening with Amy as an awesome hostess/waitress. I had the best ever friend plantains and jerk chicken. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Hats off to the kitchen staff (the chef and his wife), not only is the food delicious but they are lovely people.
    I am already looking forward to my next visit. I love that you are in Madison

    The Caribbean Restaurant is a hidden treasure in Madison, FL. Everything I tried on the menu was absolutely 💯 delicious !!!

    Wonderful, interesting menu. How cool to find a Caribbean restaurant in Madison instead of the usual burgers or Mexican fare. Loved the food and the ambiance!

    Absolutely fabulous Caribbean menu that will not disappoint! A must stop when in Madison! The restaurant is immaculately clean, and Linda is wonderful and always doing what it takes to make your experience one to remember. I recommend highly!!!

    What a great restaurant! Delicious Caribbean food served by friendly staff. We were delighted to find something a bit different in Madison instead of the usual burgers and pizza menus that so many restaurants feature. There are a variety of seafood dishes along with some smoked pork and barbecue offerings, all served with a bit of Jamaican and Bahamian flair. Try the conch fritters as an appetizer: yummy!
