Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse

The food and chef's entertainment were excellent, the waiter was rude! Kind of desperate to rush people eating and leave! My husband and I, went for a first time to wasabi steakhouse, the hostess took us to share a table with others customers whose were already there having their drinks and appetizers. However the hibachi was served at same time, which means I couldn't enjoy the appetizer because the waiter came picking up the plates right after the chef showed up.
Anyway, in the mid of my dinner, I ordered a drink. And minutes after he (waiter) offers us a box, he just brought me my drink, I said. For this, the other people whose came earlier than us, were ready to leave. And the waiter again offers us a box to take our food to go. Seriously? Are u ...?

Nothing costs to be courteous if you really want to gain customers!

The wife decided to take me here on a whim. It's a traditional hibachi restaurant, the only thing off about it was the gentleman who spoke English as his first language. It's a smart idea I've never seen in a hibachi restaurant before. The food was phenomenal. It was weird, sitting in a hibachi restaurant across from a steak house, commenting how much better the steak was here than at Texas Roadhouse. The shrimp and chicken were excellent as well. It's pricey, but for special occasions, I'm sure we'll be coming back.

This Japanese restaurant is one of the better steakhouses in the area. The food is great and Hibachi chefs are really entertaining. If I was going to have any issue with this restaurant is that it tends to be a little bit pricey. A couple having dinner in a couple of drinks will easily spend $80 that may or may not include a tip. However if you try hard you can get out for perhaps 40 or $50 for a couple. That's if you don't get drinks.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Had salmon and it was excellent. The chef really put on a good show while he was cooking our food. Food was plentiful and we had a good time

I like these places. Good food and a bit of entertainment. Wasabi had good food, generous portions, and fun atmosphere. They do add the tip on the bill...18% I believe. Book reservations early. We used a Groupon, which helped with the value.
