McGrath's Irish Ale House

Loved the Fisherman's chowder (no need for extra salt!). Kids very much enjoyed their food. Service was good and prompt. Outdoor seating and saw dividers indoors. Good draft selection and well themed as if in Ireland. Real pint glasses too!

My wife and I were there last week, (12/20). The fish fry was very good. The hamburger with lettuce and tomato was not very good. The burger was under cooked. The veggies were poor quality. And it was served on an odd wooden slab that looked as if was never scrubbed clean. The service was good. The music was not to our liking. A monotonous Celtic(?) genre that droned on and on. We will go back to see if they get the music thing figured out and improve in their kitchen. But their current choice of music will definitely keep us away.

We came when they were doing a private family night but the manager still accommodated my husband and myself. We just had some drinks but I was very impressed with everything. Our bartender Jordan was nice and made delicious drinks. We will for sure be back when you are officially open to try more! Thank you again for giving us a great experience.
