Sapporo Sushi Hibachi

Just tried out the sushi for starters and had the lunch special - Hibachi Filet Mignon...for my first visit. Pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be going back! Sorry about not getting a picture of the steak, but hunger took over...it was a perfect medium rare and delicious! Great job all around! The staff is friendly and the hostess, Season, is a delight. Check it out...

So glad this place came to west Bradenton! Sushi is delicious, presented beautifully and the restaurant is very clean. Completely blows all other “sushi” places around here out of the water. And as an added perk, our waitress (Cindy) was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend you give this place a try.

Sapporo's menu has something for everyone. They prepare beautifully fresh and tasty sushi & sashimi, along with delicious lunch, dinner & dessert options. The very attentive & friendly staff compliment a good value for the price. We've been there several times and will continue to go back. Neighborhood gem!

This place is awesome! It's a very chill and laid back vibe inside. The gentleman at the sushi counter was very friendly and made sure I was seated quickly with a menu. My waitress was great! She was friendly and attentive. The food tasted great too and beautifully presented (even the bento box I took to go). I got the Chicken Katsu Bento Box. I loved that they brought the salad and soup out as an appetizer before the main dishes. The sauce on the Spring Roll was perfectly spicy. The California Roll tasted fresh and was easy to eat without having to use Soy Sauce. The rice with the dish was perfectly cooked and a nice portion size. The Chicken Katsu was my favorite part of my meal. The breading wasn't too much or too little. It also wasn't hard like some Katsu I've had at other places. They were able to accommodate my request of brown rice instead of white rice for my To Go order. I definitely will be coming back (maybe with some friends). Thank you to everyone there that made my lunch awesome!

Absolutely amazing! We have dined in quite a few sushi restaurants, however Sapporo’s is the most authentic in the Bradenton area. We are so happy to have a wonderful sushi chef close to home. Thank you to the Sushi chef and the wonderful servers! Can’t wait till our next visit! The eel sashimi was delicious!
