Speaks Clam Bar - Italian Seafood - Lakewood Ranch

We have found our place. I can not express how delicious the lobster roll is. I have not visited New England, but I cant believe they can provide a better lobster roll. My wife loves oysters and says these are some of the best she has had. Kids fish sticks are legit huge pieces of fry fish from main menu.

I've eaten at the bar and in the dining room and both times the food was good and the service was even better. Their fresh pastas are delicious and I've enjoyed both seafood and chicken dishes. The salads and vegetables can be a little underwhelming (e.g. last visit my asparagus looked kind of shriveled and and brown), but they're always nailed the proteins. The bar staff are particularly welcoming and watching them make the signature cocktails provided some great entertainment while dining alone.

Wow. Just wow. The lobster and shrimp lasagna is to die for. I haven’t even finished it yet and I’m writing this review. I will definitely be back. The cocktails are great. I had the farm fresh margarita x 2. First time visitor and I am impressed. Service was great. Seating is well set with good lighting for a date. Music was not too loud so you could have a good conversation. Arizona our waitress was a gem much like this place. Highly recommend.

Sat at the bar. Lucas was the bartender. This was one of the very best bar and dining experience I've ever had while residing 25 years in Florida. Absolutely stellar. Clearly in my top 5 restaurant experiences. I'll be back! I never would have found this spotof Texas road house wad not S.R.O. so glad. This clam house is a real jewel!

This place was good. The ambiance is cool. Our waiter did not have any personality whatsoever ( he almost seemed angry to be there at first) but he did an adequate job so I’m not sure if I it mattered much or not. I guess if I’m gonna leave a good tip I want to feel like he would have appreciated it. My father in law paid so I’m not sure how well he tipped. The food was pretty good though, which is the most important thing.
