Myakka City Grill

Not sure how people are rating this so high. My buddy and I stopped in while motorcycle riding. Ordered tacos and the cheesesteak. Tacos were not great. Cheesesteak was a bit overcooked. My sandwich and soda was $20 with a tip and not worth that price. Seems like mostly a local takeout place. The Cafe down the road is much better.

Definitely off the beaten path, and not what you'd expect. Food was excellent! Pay attention to the Welcome board with specials before looking at menu. Ended up completely changing my order to one of the specials. Kind of nice not having a waiter. Would definitely go back

Small place, but they can churn out good grub! If you plan to order ahead in the evening for pickup, you might need to call several times or wait on hold while they take care of getting food to people that have orders coming off the grill. They have only one phone line and no automated 'hold for service' or voicemail. Cowboy Fries, pressed Cuban, flatbread pizza are all the bomb!

Nice family diner . Delicious home cooked food. A large variety of menu items to choose from , along with daily specials. I ordered the Spicy Jalapeno Fried Chicken Wrap with Cole slaw. It was served quickly by a very friendly & curteous waitress. I highly recommend.

Food was great. Patrons and staff very friendly and fun. Had a good time for short time we was there. We will definitely be back!! New to the area and we Love to support local businesses. Will definitely support this one!! Thank yall for a great Saturday lunch!!
