Clean Juice

The smoothies and acai bowls were delicious and the staff was so friendly and energetic and offered some great recommendations.

I wish to compliment the Clean Juice employee who handled a very rude and unreasonable customer this morning professionally and with courtesy. I was the guy standing behind Samantha and I can tell you that the young lady from CJ treated her with patience and professionalism even though she, who appeared to be a woman in her 40’s, acted like a spoiled teenager. If it was my store I would have told her to take her childish and rube behavior along with her business elsewhere.

Don’t use their app. Placed an order on Monday for Wednesday morning a total of 9 bottled juices. Showed up Wednesday and nothing in the pick up order section. The girl kept just trying to tell me it went somewhere else or I was wrong. I had all the screen shots and emails of the order saved. Then the “manager” walked in and basically had no answer for me and talked in circles. All he could do was say I’ll see a refund in 3-5 days but couldn’t give me a receipt Or anything. It was a wreck of a situation. Other people behind we believe that I was being told I couldn’t order 8oz drinks even tho it’s on the menu on the app. Worse customer service. I won’t be coming back to a clean juice and I will no longer be referring people here.
Update: Owner if Clean Juice Kim took the time out of her day to make sure to reach out me to and make this situation better! I appreciate the owner correcting this and making it clear they are learning from this.

I had the immunity juice that was really good. The lady who served us was very helpful as it was our first visit. She asked if we wanted ice in our juice or not? She never mentioned the $2 extra charge for just filling the cup till the top without the ice. For the two juices my total was around $22. I found it very overpriced. Other than the no ice policy it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice and clean. The service is fast and this place is absolutely addictive. I’ve been able to cut out soda and anything with corn syrup in it because of this place. The assistant manager is really awesome, not to mention the rest of the crew, but he’s great.
