Excellent! I'm pregnant and first went to swampys, but glad that they don't do togo orders on weekends and they had a 45 minute wait. So we found Piri Piri!! So glad we did. What an excellent assortment of food, quality taste, and authentic customer service

Enjoyed so we went back. We both ordered the 1/4 Chicken legs, cooked to perfection, fresh warm bread, salad, potato salad, cauliflower. Waiter was attentive and friendly. Food was great. Atmosphere is pretty, but a little louder during peak times.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Arrived just before the evening rush. Seated promptly and looked over the new menu. It's now both Mediterranean foods and great selection appetizers, foods, desserts. Wine selection from Portugal were divine and paired well with my Lamb chops cooked to perfection served on bed of Portuguese rice. Salmon dinner and cauliflower also cooked to perfection, ordered side salad delicious with homemade dressing.
I had to take my Chocolate cake home, it was so rich and thick dark chocolate and a wonderful ending to the meals.
I cannot get enough of this place! I am working my way through the menu. So far absolutely blown away by the mussels - best I’ve had ever - the soups, the clams, corn on the cob, the corn nuggets…that’s all I’ve had time to try so far but loved all of them. I also love the traditional Portuguese pastry, took those cold to go and had them for breakfast the next day. Chocolate mousse pie is a die and go to Heaven situation! Love love love this place!!!
Went for dinner this evening for the first time. Cute place, with brightly coloured decorations. We had barely sat down and the server came over to ask what we would like. Maybe a bit over-zealous?! Kind of felt rushed. We ordered Pork alentejo and piri piri chicken. The pork and clams, though a lovely presentation, was not what I expected. Instead of cubed pork, there was some thinly sliced strips of pork and instead of large chunks of potato, they were diced. Unfortunately it was rather bland and the clams a bit overdone. My husband ordered the piri piri chicken which he enjoyed and had good flavour. The Portuguese buns were insanely delicious. We didn't like the fact that there were no real plates, just paper take out containers and plastic containers for the dip. Very weird. Is this take-out or dine in?
I think all in all though, we would go back and try some other options.
Stumbled upon this place, and happy I did. The food was delicious. Had the sliced pork, rice and, of course, Tirimasu to go. Big portion, reasonably priced, waitress was a doll. Definitely will be back!
