Awesome awesome experience. I called little caesars twice to order pizza. They put me on hold both times and never actually came back to the phone. 10 minutes later I hung up. My wife called them a third time. Finally got her order in (two cheese) and when I arrived at their location, no one came to the counter, there were 9 grumpy people waiting for their pizzas, and several cars sitting outside the franchise waiting for their pizzas too. I left and drove to papa johns. On the way, ordered two cheese pizzas and garlic knots. I arrived expecting to wait 15 minutes. The manager came to the counter, and asked me my name, and proceeded to go back and box my pizzas and bread himself while another employee took my payment. All the while there were a constant stream of half a dozen delivery people in and out doing their thing. He had a bunch of employees in his franchise working their tails off and hustling to get pizzas out. No grumpy
