Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Comfortable place to eat with a varied menu. I had southern fried Chicken and it was delicious, I would have liked a second piece of white meat instead of a thigh, but I guess they have to make some money. just know that the a/c is always cranking.

Service is ALWAYS good, servers are all very pleasant and attentive to your needs, managers come around to check on you to see how everything is, such as does the food taste good. The hosts try to seat you right away and are friendly with nice smiles. The gift shop always has the nicest people willing to help in any way they can, especially pointing out the sale items that you might be interested in or new items they just received. I buy quite a lot of my clothes there at a great price and the quality is excellent. I am always complimented on my clothes and jewelry that I buy to match my outfits.

We had been traveling all day and decided to stop for a meal and a rest from the road. It was also our 30th wedding anniversary. Our waitress was absolutely delightful. She was quick to refresh our drinks, checked to ensure or meal was alright and wished us safe travels. When we are out on the interstates we are happy to choose a Cracker Barrel to stop at. The stores are right off the highway, which makes resuming our travels easy. We know that the food is good and the stores are clean. We also enjoy the selection of snacks in the gift shop to munch on as we continue down the road.

The level of customer service at this particular location was like no other restaurant, retail, or experience that I have had in a long long time. We visited with 4 guest total on a Sunday. Everyone greeted us and engaged us. They were attentive with checking on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. I like the new raspberry/ blackberry tea was good. Food was the right temperature. Drinks were refilled. The small talk felt genuine. I was happy to leave a tip when I left there. We were just stopping after traveling and driving 5 hours. Kudos to the management team for setting a standard and the awesome staff for executing great hospitality.

We had a great experience here at this Cracker Barrel. It was everything you would expect including excellent service. The waitress was very nice and attentive and the food was spot on! I LOVE the country fried steak and it was perfect along with the biscuits and gravy, and she brought more when we needed it. Wonderful experience at a place that makes you feel at home!
