“It was a mixed bag, half the staff was amazing and did a great job, the other half looked miserable and constantly had to ask others for help. They had to ask us several times what donuts we ordered (we only ordered 2 donuts) It look about 10 minutes to get our coffee and when we got them both were 100% wrong. My husband hates coconut which his drink magically became, so we had to switch drinks. Very disappointed that a coffee place couldn't get an order of two coffees and two donuts correct. Didn't even care at that point and just left. Place needs to be cleaned, from the ceiling tiles to the floor tiles, dirt, dust, dead bugs in everything.”

Service was average in terms of speed, but our waitress spoke clearly and politely and kept us comfortably informed. "The food is simply superb." The portions are huge, and everything I've ordered there in the 6 or 7 times I've visited this establishment make my taste buds believe in a taste bud God. “Awesome awesome experience. I called little caesars twice to order pizza. They put me on hold both times and never actually came back to the phone. 10 minutes later I hung up. My wife called them a third time. Finally got her order in (two cheese) and when I arrived at their location, no one came to the counter, there were 9 grumpy people waiting for their pizzas, and several cars sitting outside the franchise waiting for their pizzas too. I left and drove to papa johns. On the way, ordered two cheese pizzas and garlic knots. I arrived expecting to wait 15 minutes. The manager came to the counter, and asked me my name, and proceeded to go back and box my pizzas and bread himself while another employee took my payment. All the while there were a constant stream of half a dozen delivery people in and out doing their thing. He had a bunch of employees in his franchise working their tails off and hustling to get pizzas out. No grumpy Customers. Very happy with this place. You guys are a great team. Thanks for making our Friday night family dinner happen quick!”

“My son and I went into this location (we are just leaving) and I have to give kudos to the Manager who was just walking in. Shift was changing. Drive thru was down and a large amount of people were waiting patiently (including myself) who had placed a fairly large order, a woman starts yelling for the other manager to get up and start helping, not knowing what their day was like, not knowing whether or not that manager is was in over time and possibly couldn't clock back in, not knowing what was taking place at that minute. While I understand she waited for 10 minutes for wings, that was rude and uncalled for. Those ladies were doing the best they could and working diligently to get everyone their food and the Manager ha does it awesomely! Not sure I would’ve been so cool calm and collected so I have to give those ladies props! This is the only location we go to because the customer service is always on point!”

“A very nice experience! The staff and food are top notch. You wouldn't expect the amazing personalities at a fast food restaurant. The manager was on the prep line helping with orders, but still took the time to speak with us. We specifically ordered every item with a different special request and each item was prepared correctly as requested. The lady (Rachel L) at the front counter is seriously underpaid, she greeted everyone with a cheerful demeanor. She made me laugh at least 5 times with her great sense of humor. This was most likely my best experience at a Taco Bell to date.”

He was overwhelmed with not much help from what looked like 2 veterans. He got over to us and promptly got out drinks and apologized for the delay. He took our order accurately. The kitchen was very clean. The cooks got our food hot and correct. My gravy was very salty but the food was good other than that. The parking lot is very dark.”
