I was blown away by the food - everything was excellent - so there's something for everyone... but the thing that I appreciated the MOST was the friendly customer centric environment. I was with my wife and kids and they too had a blast with the food but also felt comfortable and safe... and the owner personally made himself available, greeting everyone with a smile. My kids reacted as if he was their grandpa. And you can see this same attitude from his staff as well... great attitude and the pride in what they do definitely the culture of J Rocks, trickled from the top down. So again, great (no, excellent) food at great prices and a friendly customer centric environment, who can ask for more. Well done J Rocks!!! “First off. Best experience I ever had. Don't remember the waitresses name but she was short and perky and a absolute delight. The food was amazing quality with rice greatly cooked. I ordered a bento box with salmon but they had a great variety of selections. The atmosphere was calm and very cultural without going over the top. Me and my wife has made this our go to spot for dine out and will be coming here from now on . Well worth the 5 stars.”

“They have a nice variety available of sushi and hibachi. I had a California roll, an eel roll, and miso soup. The tofu in the soup was too finely cubed, it was difficult to scoop up in the spoon, but it was still tasty. The miso was a little light and could have used more salt. But the rolls were great. Nice, sticky rice and fresh meat and veggies. Very good! The atmosphere is clean and modern. The counter service lady was friendly and helpful, she even cleared our dishes when we were done. Overall we enjoyed it very much and will definitely return.”

They will gladly go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want when ordering food or helping you get a good deal too. Just today Charlie and Michelle at the Pine Rd location helped me order my breakfast sandwich exactly how I was picturing it, even though it was special order and not usually offered that way. The first 2 times I told myself it was a fluke and convinced myself to try it again because of how much I liked Pronto Pizza. After this past time I am now convinced that the pizza is now just an average joe pizza. Something definitely changed in the flavor and texture of the dough and possibly something else. I am not saying that this pizza is bad, but I am saying that I feel like it is now like most other pizza shops. Whatever changed, please change it back!!!”

Out of this world. Their Cuban sandwich? My absolute favorite. The pulled pork? Literally melts in your mouth. The congri rice??? To die for. I will ALWAYS recommend this food to anyone standing in the food court of the mall who doesn’t know what they want. Every person I recommended the Cuban stop to has since been a regular customer of theirs. If this review doesn’t make you sure of it, ask for some samples and it’ll change your mind through your taste buds. The Cuban Stop is where you need to STOP for lunch or dinner. 15/10 would recommend every time. Best service and Cuban food I’ve ever had in my life by far.”

Dirty dishes were cleared almost immediately, not only by our server, but any employee passing by the table. Talk about teamwork!!! The food was delicious. We were a party of four. “We had a small pizza and salad (both create your own) with soup combo and everything was good. There is a lot of variety and the place was pretty clean. Price was decent. There isn't a lot of options drink wise, but I thought they had a little of different things (water, iced tea, soda, lemonade in fountain and bottles). When you create your own pizza you can ask for toppings to be added to half of it instead of a whole which is pretty great. The salad is chopped once you order all your toppings which is nice too, we ordered our dressing to the side too. Basically very accommodating. The pizza didn't take long either. Super nice and friendly staff. Would recommend and go again!”

“We had 6 PM reservations, and even though the restaurant was very busy, we were seated by 6:15. Shortly after, our server showed up and took are drink order. That was about the time all the good stuff ended. It took 20 minutes to get 4 glasses of wine. To our server's credit, and she was terrific, she told us the bar was backed up, and took our dinner order. Our salads came out quickly, and were very good. 75 minutes later, our dinner arrived. Well,. 3 out of 4. During this long wait, they brought out pizza for everyone to munch on. This wasn't just for the 4 of us, but for everyone in the room. So now we have 3 meals, and we've been there 3 hours, so my wife asked for her meal to be boxed to go. I can not stress enough how great our waitress was. And the restaurant gave us a bottle of wine, and comped my wife's meal. My main complaint is they obviously over booked, and took way too many reservations. It will be a while before we return, if at all. I should mention, the food, once we got it, was pretty good. My grouper, while very tasty, it was cold.”
