“Wonderful experience in our home provided by Chef Felix. An expertly prepared meal for 8, including two delicious appetizers, fresh salad with choices of scratch made dressings, 14 oz. Ribeyes for each, garnished with an incredible mushroom sauce. Sides included garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetable medley. Totally stuffed and so very satisfied, how could we possibly consider desert? Well…. We did. It was a selection of “desert shots” , light and delicious, of which we all enjoyed to the very end. “For years I thought Pronto Pizza was the best pizza in Ocala. The past three times I had just average Pizza. The first 2 times I told myself it was a fluke and convinced myself to try it again because of how much I liked Pronto Pizza. After this past time I am now convinced that the pizza is now just an average joe pizza. Something definitely changed in the flavor and texture of the dough and possibly something else. I am not saying that this pizza is bad, but I am saying that I feel like it is now like most other pizza shops. Whatever changed, please change it back!!!”

“We had 6 PM reservations, and even though the restaurant was very busy, we were seated by 6:15. Shortly after, our server showed up and took are drink order. That was about the time all the good stuff ended. It took 20 minutes to get 4 glasses of wine. To our server's credit, and she was terrific, she told us the bar was backed up, and took our dinner order. Our salads came out quickly, and were very good. 75 minutes later, our dinner arrived. Well,. 3 out of 4. During this long wait, they brought out pizza for everyone to munch on. This wasn't just for the 4 of us, but for everyone in the room. So now we have 3 meals, and we've been there 3 hours, so my wife asked for her meal to be boxed to go. I can not stress enough how great our waitress was. And the restaurant gave us a bottle of wine, and comped my wife's meal. My main complaint is they obviously over booked, and took way too many reservations. It will be a while before we return, if at all. I should mention, the food, once we got it, was pretty good. My grouper, while very tasty, it was cold.”

“Johnny's has been my FAVORITE pizza place in the shores for about 4 years now. We normally pay by card and get prompt delivery without incident. Unfortunately, we did have a double billing issue with them about a week ago, I was unable to resolve the issue by phone but when I physically went out of my way to go into the shop to explain the situation the guys did respond to my request for another order of pizza and knots in lieu of a gift card. So 5 stars for product quality but only 3 stars on customer service since I did have to invest my time and do some of my own leg work to make this issue right, but without a doubt I will be back!”

“November 2018 We've been ordering from here for some time and had one situation where we ordered a desert but didn't get what we order. The desert we got wasn't all that great but the pizza was and so far still is great. Have had a pretty good customer service upon picking up the food. Unfortunately I can't say that for other Domino's I've visited In Ocala areas. February 2019 Just went back today and got the right desert but the "Pasta Bread Bowls" are more like deep dish pizza with pasta. Not a bowl but it was delicious. And again a pleasant customer service welcome. Keep up the good work Domino's.”
