    The Manager at the resteraunt, CHRISTINE was EXCEPTIONAL! Professional, well mannered, great service from her on a 90° day poolside. She was low staffed but the customers COULD NOT tell. Wonderful place

    Our room was very nice with an awesome view. Had live entertainment that was very enjoyable. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby that were an easy walk away. You would think though that for the money you pay that they would at least give you a complimentary drink or meal. In our room the refrigerator broke down. Instead of replacing it, they brought in a large ice chest. We were there nearly two weeks. That should've been more than enough time to get us a replacement. Housekeeping services was excellent. That was the second time we stayed there. Will most likely look for a different resort to stay at on our next visit. Have to say it was clean, nice grounds, and felt safe.

    Nice rooms, however they could use some updates. Nice view of the marina. No refrigerator nor microwave, only a minibar which I wouldn't have a need for.

    I had to give 1 star, but honestly I would give none.... I am a chef who does charters from 10,000 islands to the Tresure Coast. We had electrical problems and had to cancel the reservation. Spoke with Vanessa at the desk said that everything was fine I said I would rebook it once our parts got in, we would be coming to their marina. Not only did they still charge me after I had a confirmed cancellation they over charged me $219. I spoke with the same girl who did the cancellation Vanessa again, she said well that’s their policy.
    Samantha in the morning went out of her way to make sure that I was refunded and was extremely apologetic and this goes along way in my book. I was already on property at that time and she had no knowledge of this. It’s a great place to go. I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with somebody the night before who wasn’t great.

    Giving three stars only because of management. Not impressed by the managers and chefs attitude during our stay. They both need to take a few notes from Maris! She is one of the best servers I have ever had. GREAT JOB Maris!. We were told they offered a Hook and Cook but was told the could only broil tuna???? Or blacken it??? I found it odd that the menu listed tuna and mahi just how we wanted it prepared but the chef and manager refused. So we tried the Twisted Tuna, it was perfect!
