“Most of the time I do not have a problem. Today the woman that took my order seemed to be unhappy and easily frustrated by simple questions, could hear her sighing and her tone sounded irritated. The food I ordered was out of stock; however I paid and THEN they told me. The man apologized and put extra bacon which was nice, but I wish I had knew before paying. I could hear both talking in the background about other things and usually this wouldn’t bother me, but if their venting is taking away from the quality of the food I order, that’s a problem. I then opened my sandwich to find they did not listen to my request, putting the wrong bread...not what I asked for. Disappointed with my experience today. I’ll probably go back due to location/convenience but I expect management to help train their staff more to help them feel comfortable with speaking with the public and with listening to their requests. Mistakes happen, but consistent kindness can among staff goes a long way.”

“I've eaten at Chipotle plenty of times. The quality has gone backnand from from location to location and this was one of the better ones. I will say the only disappointment was the guacamole. It was a bit on the bland side and was missing a bit of salt to brighten it up a bit.”
