Caja Caliente

This may be the best food I’ve had in Miami.. had the lechón sandwich, the burrito and the seafood croquettes. Ate them in the car and then went back in to order more.. yes it’s that good.

I'm hooked !! We just ordered this for lunch so we could support our local restaurants during this difficult time but now I feel bad for the other restaurants because Caja Caliente has officially spoiled me !! I got a steak taco, a poke taco and my coworker got a poke bowl. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS EXCEPTIONAL !! The tacos were just the right size to fill up but not to overwhelm, everything was delicious, and the ingredients all tasted incredibly fresh !! I am super happy I found this restaurant and will certainly be a repeat customer from this moment forward.

Food is above average. The main attraction in my opinion is their "cubanified" tacos. I'd say the seasoning is on point, flavors are enjoyable. My biggest issue is that value is towards the lower end. $5 minimum for 1 taco, yes, its a bit bigger than the Mexican taco, but to be honest you can get 4-6 Mexican tacos at the neighborhood Mexican places for the same cost as 2 here. And that's good value. I can still recommend once in a while on nights where you don't know what you want, cant go wrong with the pork taco from here.

Very friendly staff. The food was very tasteful. We tried a variety of items and they were all very good.

Fantastic brunch! The bennys are perfection and the service is top notch! Get there early on Sundays.
