La Ventana Colombian Restaurant

The service was the best from our experience.
The food was just ok, it didn't feel it was worth the new high prices from South Beach.

While I understand all prices are going higher, we expected a bit more flavor on the food.
There are better Colombian restaurants.

Based on my experience, I don't recommend this restaurant.

I leave 3 stars because it wasn't bad, it just didn't meet our expectations.

The food was phenomenal and with so much variety. The staff was kind, attentive, and we were helped quickly. It started raining and we were moved to the inside which was nice. Overall a great experience, they went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend it and visit again.

This place was superb except for temperature control indoors. It didn’t bother me as much as my partner hence I am leaving a 5 star review. She was cold inside. However the food was piping hot coming to the table. The steaks were on point. There was nothing earth shattering about the food it was just good food cooked excellent with flavor. There were good sized portions. You feel like you received value for what you paid and money well spent. I would definitely go back here if we ever return to Miami.

Excellent food! Outstanding service. They charge an 18% service surcharge/mandatory and then give you a bill with a space for a tip blank. I'm sure they trick a lot of out of town drinkers who aren't looking closely into paying DOUBLE gratuity but it's not right and kills a five star review, here.
