Maxine's Bistro and Bar

Enjoyed our breakfast. The $5 mimosas and atmosphere were very refreshing. The portions were less than expected, but it was nice to try something new.

The food was good and very reasonably priced for the area. Service on the other hand was pretty horrible. Its that kind of place so just know that going in and you're fine. The outdoor patio is nice. Overall we enjoyed our experience but would have given it more stars if the service had been better.

Price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. All the staff were professional, friendly and very accommodating.

There was also a live musician who absolutely killed it, playing all the different instruments and then getting involved with the birthday celebration for my brother.

The food here was exceptionally good. We were able to eat outside which was also nice. The food was really good and we would definitely eat here again while in South Beach. The service was a bit slow. This wasn't a bad thing, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry.

Went here because of all the rave reviews. But isn't worth the 4.6 / 5 stars review.

Our family ordered calamari as an appetizer, it was very good. The mains we ordered were meatballs & spaghetti and two burger entrees. The burgers were ordered medium and both arrived well done ... but they were tasty. On a personal note, I love french fries, fresh cut. They fries they serve are "McDonald" like fries. It cheapens their serving. If they offered fresh cut thick fries it would be so much more better.
