Pretty healthy

I’ve gone a couple times, their food is good. Especially their tuna.

My one complaint is I ordered a shrimp steam bowl and I aways check if shrimps are deveined (it’s shrimp poop) I’m not sure if they’ve started cleaning it since I haven’t ordered it since that happened to me.

And I ordered their very berry smoothie for the first time today and it doesn’t taste healthy it taste artificial to me so I’m not sure what they use. Wish they were a little faster the service is slow.

I enjoyed my salad . Can be on the pricey side, but well worth it if you like all the nooks and crannies in your salad. If I’m in the Miami area & craving a good salad I will most likely return.

Omg this place is freaking amazing. The customers service is better than Chic Fil A. I swear. The food is better than anything I ever had and the atmosphere is unmatched. You go into and you're a life customer right away. I promise. People go crazy about Shay and pretty healthy cafe. Go try their food and tell me if I'm lying or not.

Good food (had the chicken wrap). Lunch specials available. Cute atmosphere. Descent prices. Not sure what the smoothies are made with, but they make me feel like I'm being healthy. Either way, I'd come back again.
