    They have a stunning selection of caviars (which are also available to take away from the store in Four Seaons) Our favorite is the Gold Osetra served with Billecart Rose. On our last visit the chef was kind enough to bring us a sample of a new dish he was preparing which was a beautiful king crab stack with caviar and it was exceptional. The tasting menu is fantastic.

    A successful New York caviar operation transplanted in Miami.. As opulent as it gets.. I tried ofcourse 50g of the best Caviar.. But the fun part was in what followed.. The ceasers salad with generous spoonful chunks of caviar.. The pomegranate foie gras was unique.. More important was the personal service from a well informed team. Amazing! We crave caviar & champagne and only CR will do...the hospitality is excellent, the bar inviting and the caviar is heavenly. Every staff member is professional & attentive. So happy to have this beautiful, chic spot in Miami.
