(July 1, 2021, 4:08 pm)They never have Carmel drizzle or the Carmel ribbon crunch 😔 otherwise it is my daughter's favorite place to go McDonald's has much better Fraps for Carmel it's colder dose not melt on me as fast.

(May 8, 2021, 3:20 pm)Should have stayed in the drive thru line. They have the worst setup for online orders! The online pickup is in the same line as everything else. Why would you order online if you have to stand in the same line as everyone else ordering multiple items?! So NO YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE READY WHEN YOU ARE GIVEN AN ESTIMATED TIME ONLINE! Also, there is a safety issue in getting into the Starbucks. There is side parking but you have to walk across the busy driveway and walk around the guardrail to get inside. Use the drive-thru!

Not to mention the construction that’s been going on in that area for like a year now, this Starbucks cannot be placed in a worse location. It’s small but always packed! They also seem to run out of ingredients a lot too. Like not having coconut milk or a certain type of drink or food. I rather drive an extra 10 mins to go to the other Starbucks at my area. Staff seems great though.
