Today was free red holiday cup with purchase. Scored a cup!
We had an amaziiiiiirg time at this location and actually an hour and a half flew by so fats!!!
The service was awesome, as usual!!!
I had a pumpkin spice latte and they made it just the ways I asked for.
Their ham and cheese croissant was scrumptious and served hot without me requesting it!!
We sat inside and it was impecable.
I loved the background music they had.
Not really a complaint more just an observation for improvement. I walked into the store, customer in front of me just got done getting their order placed. The cashier looked busy, no greeting finally was able to observe she was texting. I politely waited until she was done to greet me I didn’t want to interrupt. Another customer came in and didn’t see my place in line and proceeded to the cashier. The cashier greeted her. The customer apologized to me and said she didn’t see my in line. I said “no it’s ok you can go ahead”. The cashier said “she was here first” I replied “yes she can go” the customer behind me insisted that I go, so I did. The cashier appeared perturbed. Didn’t make any eye contact or greet me. Proceed to take an item out of my have rather forcefully.
Seemingly intentionally got my name wrong🤣Was really confused on what just happened. Definitely the worse Starbucks experience that I have had at this location. I don’t let those things really bother me or change my day. But there are people out there who are very aggressive and argumentative. I would just make sure team members are aware of who enters the store and their place in line.
