Pollo Tropical

When we visit Miami this is always someplace we make sure to go. The chicken is delicious and grilled nicely. Make sure you try the curry mustard and cilantro garlic sauce. As for this specific location, it could be a little cleaner but the people are nice and the food comes out fast.

Still such great chicken! I got a salad bowl and was very happy with the taste and speed of everything. The reason the are losing stars is because of customer service. I gave them a ten for something costing $6.47 but was only given back $3. I asked where the rest of my change was and was told “we don’t got change” and was expected to just leave. I said I needed $.53 cents but they said we don’t get change sorry! With quite an attitude. I didn’t want to make a scene and just said thank you and walked away to enjoy my meal, the food was great. Then I see them do this to every customer after me paying with cash, some people didn’t take it as nicely. I’ll still be eating Pollo Tropical but never paying cash, I need my change!

Some people complain about this place, I personally don't see why.

The food is well prepared, the taste is great, and prices are so affordable. The only reason I give them a four star is because the cashier messed up my order, initially I thought it was my order the only one that got all messed, but while I was waiting, I realized about other people complaining because their order was not properly entered.

Other than that, I ❤ this place.

I'm a regular customer here and I'm usually very satisfied but today must have been a off day. My chicken was over cooked and my churasco was cold. The server forgot my sides and was too overwhelmed by drive through. Hopefully my next visit will be up to par. Nevertheless it's still a good place to get a meal.
