Horrible service

Let’s start with the good news. This is the best burger in town, never disappointed. However the costumer service have been horrible for the last three months. I might add that I’m m a regular. I go every Monday for the specials , today mu server was Edward(seems new), worst service ever and this is always The problem with this amazing place.

I might go back.......

The food was really good, but service was slow. There weren’t many customers in the restaurant at the time. But the food was amazing! I had the Ahi Tuna burger - it was cooked to perfection and the guacamole sauce in the burger is incredible. I will definitely be back.

My all time favorite burger joint! I go there every week!!!!! My whole family loves it. Im addicted to the sweet potato fries! Laura is such a sweetheart and always greets us and makes sure we have everything we need!

ROKbrgr is a great restaurant. The food and service are good, staff and management are friendly. Prices are moderate. I've had different types of burgers and they have all been excellent and cooked as ordered. The chicken and waffles are great! Fries are fresh and crisp. You will not ever leave this place hungry. If you're in the mood for some wholesome food, stop by, you will enjoy it.

The food was pretty good, but we had an issue with our service. To specify, after the supposed Bottomless brunch was over, our server kept ignoring us, even though we wanted to order drinks from the menu, he proceeded to finally stop by our table to say there was nothing he could do because brunch drinks were over. We said it was fine, that we wanted to order other drinks. Then 15 minutes later, the table next to us was served the brunch drinks, which confused us, but at that point we just wanted to enjoy our drinks.
