“Been visiting the Islamorada area of the Florida Keys for years and the Midway Cafe has never disappointed. Great coffee, sandwiches, salads, smoothies and more. Great little outside seating area if you want to enjoy the fresh air of the keys. The inside also sells some arts and crafts of local keys residents. I'd recommend Midway Cafe if you're driving through the area.”

“Great breakfast joint. Our hotel recommended it. Friendly service. I got the Brie and raspberry marmalade breakfast special along with the cappuccino. Highly recommend for an interesting flavor combo. My mom got the coffee cake French toast - another winner. She said to me “we’re going to have to come back here this week.””

“I had a fish taco but it was more like a fish burrito. My wife had the grouper sandwich. Both were delicious. But I like the grouper sandwich better. It came with a pasta salad which was okay. The price was good for the Keys and service was great.”
