Italian Food Company

We had a late lunch today. It was our first visit and thought the atmosphere was good but not enough inside seating for the summers in the Keys. The pizza was soggy in the middle and honestly a little watery. The flavor was okay. Prosciutto would have been a better choice than the chunky bacon pieces that didn’t stay in the pizza when we ate it. This is an honest review and a paid review.

Always an amazing experience with the best authentic Italian Pizza in all the Florida Keys. Their atmosphere, attentiveness and food is beyond exceptional. Home made all the way! We had the meatballs, margarita pizza, Nutella pizza and a few local beers, all was excellent. Must try when here. It will not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back!!!

This was our first time at Italian Food Company and we were blown away. The ambiance was incredible with live music and beautiful outdoor seating. The service was great despite them being packed. Zach (our server) was beyond friendly and attentive. We all got pizzas which were outstanding and a fun experience. We will be back!

Having grown up with only home made pasta and sauce I can tell you that this is authentic Italian food with the fresh flavors I remember. The eggplant parm appetizer is some of the best, besides my own , that I have tasted. The restaurant is clean with charming Italian tabletops, the wait staff is attentive and friendly and the price point is very reasonable to the high quality food they prepare. Plenty of outdoor, open air dining spaces. I do look forward to an expanded coffee selection :-)

We had an amazing dinner last Tuesday at the Italian Food Company. The pizza was incredible with a hand tossed crust that was perfectly seasoned and cooked to order. Even the gluten free was soft and chewy, not at all grainy. The imported wine was perfect, not too dry or sweet. We went early and were seated immediately. An hour after we left there were 20 or 30 cars parked up and down Overseas Highway. For a restaurant that's been open less than a week I was happy to see such an efficient process, it felt like a modern Cafe in Sicily. Everything is made to order and all ingredients are imported. I was excited to go when their sign was installed a few weeks ago and I was NOT disappointed.

Tony Wright and his family and staff are awesome, so friendly and excited to be there. Special shout out to our waiter Senel who was friendly and engaging. Their 9 yo daughter who sat us and took our drink orders was very professional.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant.
