Seaside Eatery is my new favorite place!! The food is fresh and healthy, light and DELICIOUS. My goal is to have everything on the menu - I'm slowly working my way through it. (It just opened 2 days ago!) :). I can't recommend this place enough - from the atmosphere to Lyndsay the chef to the amazing food, it's top notch and a great place for vegans/vegetarians to go while in the Keys. Even if you're not vegan though - you will swear you could go vegan if you could eat one of these meals every meal. You won't be disappointed!
