Food was amazing, water glasses were always filled. However, service was severely slow. Waited for our main meal for over an hour after ordering…mostly seafood so very confused as to why it took over an hour for fish to cook. Somehow got our appetizers, wings, rather quickly. Received my one glass of wine almost at the end of our meal. This was the most slow service I’ve ever experienced.
Found a new favorite cocktail - Pusser's Painkiller. What a delicious drink! Stopped in for a light lunch. Tuna poke, fish dip, and the pretzel with IPA cheese were all surprisingly and extremely tasty. You can tell the pretzel is scratch-made. Service was excellent with Angel. Will definitely be back again.
Stopped in with a group of 9 right at opening, not very busy at all during the week. Food was awesome, we went light just to have some snacks before bar hopping the rest of the day. Sitting out under the Banyan trees was beautiful and not too hot even at 11:30 in June. Food took a while to come out but was worth the wait.
I would recommend stopping by and enjoying this place if u are in Key West. Nice location, laid back, great service, and great food and brews. Walk in and be seated, with multiple seating arrangements to choose from. We started with the pretzel bites which were great, and then had the fish tacos and the scallops. Both were excellent, reasonably priced, and very high on presentation and taste. For brews, we had the Nuts and Bolts, along with the Endless Summer, both being fantastic. Stop by, sit back, relax, enjoy the atmosphere, great food and a beverage, and you won't be disappointed.
We visited First Flight on Christmas Eve and had a great experience!
It’s a really casual, comfortable space inside with fantastic staff. Carolyn was our waitress but EVERYONE who works in the dining room is extremely friendly and attentive to every table.
The food was fantastic … we started off with the Deviled Eggs (comes with deep fried jalapeños) and some excellent Clams in an amazing beer broth. Definitely grab the clams! For dinner we had the swordfish which was very good BUT the whole fried Red Snapper was OFF THE CHARTS! The best flavor ever, and unbelievably moist!
Highly recommend First Flight — and we’ll be back!
