Garbo's Grill @ Hanks!

We got the mahi mahi fish tacos and the shrimp tacos (both spicy). The shrimp tacos were excellent. The fish wasn’t seasoned at all, the fish tacos had no flavour. They had pretty much the same fillings which was disappointing because we expected them to be unique. Service was good and quick and the place was spacious but the food was just okay.

Not sure how I haven't wrote a review here yet! A must stop while in Key West. I highly recommend the Korean BBQ beef tacos or the Yum Yum shrimp tacos. Pictured is the lobster roll and the key lime pineapple drink. The lobster roll was good (still prefer the Korean BBQ or Yum Yum shrimp) and the drink was super tasty! Seemed more like a yummy treat than an actual cocktail, but in the best way possible.

So glad we finally tried this spot. Not sure if things have changed ever since they aired on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Didn't get to see the owners. Can you ever say no to a lot of meat? Pictured here is an order of (2) Korean BBQ Tacos, loaded with meat. Korean BBQ flavor was delicious and Sriracha wasn't too much. Order comes with a bag of Zippy's chips. Also ordered their Kogi Dog which also was a huge portion with plenty of kim chi and sauce to cover each bite. Both orders are definitely worth every penny.

We were here during happy hour and got the taco trio: Korean bbq, shrimp, and cayo fish ($10 for 3 tacos). They were so good! The four of us were especially impressed by the shrimp tacos.

Key lime pie was silky, however, not limely enough for my taste.

Their hot dogs were of high quality and delicious! During happy hour, Hank’s also offered $5 beer and some cocktails.
