Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village

Great location, nearby is more than you need to escalate or for fun.
The room was great, a lot of space and very clean. The service was great, really nice people there. All good!

We cannot express highly enough about Andrew Tran. He was so polite, very helpful to us from arrival, to taking all our luggage to our first room, from being moved from there due to issues with the room, to our second room, to then checking us out when we left. He was so joyful, polite, always had a smile each time. He was helpful in giving us directions and suggesting places to see and visit while staying. More businesses need to have team members like him that make customers feel welcomed and invited into their business. Bravo to Andrew for being a great asset to your team.

We stayed here for a week. Absolutely loved it! The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! Very nice rooms and staff were very helpful. Want to give a special shout out to Glen from security, we left an item there and he went above and beyond to go check and get it and let me know he found it, very,very greatful for him!

The resort is beautiful. We were very happy with our rooms and the facilities. The youngest in our group lives the pool while the older ones spent most of the time in the hot tubs. The scenery could not be beat. All of the things that were available to do, we loved the sunset dolphin cruise the most.

I had a fantastic experience here! Highly recommend. This place has plenty onsite for entertainment, shopping, and food. The room was nice and spacious. Updated. We had an incredible view! By far some of the cleanest beaches I've ever seen and most clear water. We did the sunset dolphin cruise that is also located on site. Most amazing experience. If your looking for shells however this is not the spot. Super soft fluffy sand. Not much for sea shells.
