    The food that is made now, by the new Smoke on the Water is Florida Cracker heaven. It's a one man show my old Florida Cracker name John. He is known for making the best smoked fish dip ever experienced. Probably because he has a long family history in Florida and a little town called Stuart on the East Coast which was also where the first seafood restaurant existed. I was informed that he is not making food right now but creating recipes focused around proper nutrition and sourcing from a viable Source that's clean since Fukushima has polluted the Pacific. He is still in business but having a hard time finding viable products that he feels comfortable to sell to the public. By the start of the next season play should be back to normal as much as possible. Feel free to call his number and learn recipes that you can make it home cuz he does not mind sharing that's what a Floridian does. Y'all come back now ya hear!

    The mac n cheese is quite possibly the best thing I've ever had! Great spot to relax with a beer.
