Captain D's

We were really disappointed with our meals. Number one light on outside menu/drive through communication was turned off as we moved up. We couldn't get any side items we wanted. We only had 3 choices fries, okra, or broccoli. Number two we were asked multiple times to repeat ourselves. Number three food was so salty, we ended up throwing most of it away despite spending 50 something dollars on it Number four we asked for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce, the only thing we got was ketchup, mustard, hot sauce. Number five we were not given any utensils to eat with and half the needed straws. Person constantly made excuses one of which "oh it's so close to closing is why" At 8:15 p.m.? Some might consider me to come across as unreasonably angered. Well I'm sorry I am the type of person that believes in working keeping up until the closing time and not a minute before and if I'm wrong I take accountability. If you can't deliver on menu items then maybe you aren't cut out for the job.

This place currently doesn't have a dine in because of staffing issues it seems. We order from drive thru. The food was great. I ordered shrimp and lobster balls and hesitantly ordered fish but it was great. I never thought fish from a fast food place tastes this good.

I got a Deluxe Sampler in Fort Walton with Deviled crab, Butterflied shrimp, and The Original Fish (Butterey and Flaky from the Way back)... I LOVED it...ABSOLUTELY!!!

Let it be known I'm a diehard Long John Silver fan. Up til now every Captain D's has been a huge disappointment with me vowing never to return. I ignored this one for 15 yrs and I'm sorry. The dinner was well prepare, properly cooked and most enjoyable I'll be back!
