Flambe After Dark

This was by far one of my top 5 best meals I have ever had. The flavor out of all of the food is just outstanding along with attention to detail. Chef David and Makayla both have wonderful personalities and really care to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Trust me when I say, this place is an absolute treat. Do not skip it! Thank you again

Hard to find at first, small restaurant tucked away but the food was incredible. I really didn’t know what to expect but similar reviews all agreed the food made this place a hidden gem. They weren’t wrong. Steak cooked to perfection table side. Staff was friendly. I was told I got them on an unusual night where they had openings, they said they are usually sold out so make sure you call ahead. Definitely recommend

Excellent! The authenticity of everything from the gallery, to the drinking glasses, to the pans and Dave’s personality make it such a memorable experience. Dinner was a very intimate. We weren’t sure about how we would feel about the small venue. But from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcomed and the staff made it feel as if they were absolutely thankful we were there. The steaks. WOW. And make sure you leave room for desert. Dave is incredibly skilled, and has lots of stories and conversation and makes you feel as if you’re instant friends. The whole experience was awesome. We will definitely be going back.

Great choice for our 29th anniversary tonight! I feel privileged we were able to get a table in this cozy establishment of a handful of tables for a personal dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly. The ambiance is romantic, warm, and intimate.  I really liked the table settings too. Most importantly, the food and drink are absolutely on point and delicious. The steak and duck were both tender and very flavorful. The delicious wine pairings were perfect. I really appreciate the high quality ingredients. It feels like you are attending a small dinner party at the home of a personal chef. Loved it!

Absolutely perfect fine dining experience. Intimate atmosphere, exquisite food, great presentation, and impeccable service. Chef/Owner David and our server made us feel as though we were the only ones dining that evening. Flambe' cooking and conversation with Chef David tableside was very unique. Be sure to book early as locals know what an awesome place this is and it does fill up. Art gallery in the back of the restaurant was great as well. We'll be back for more special occasions and spread the word.
