Okinawa Japanese Steak & Seafood House

The kids loved it. We did sit in front of the grill and the cook did all the tricks for the kids like the onion volcano, the fire, catch the rice, egg toss etc, and was funny and very good with the kids. You do have the option to just sit at a table instead of at the grill if you like. It is kinda pricey, but it was worth it to us because the kids loved it and were occupied the whole time watching the cook, the food was great, and so was the service.

The hibachi was good, service was excellent. We didn't mind the auto gratuity on our checks but were disappointed that when paying with card we weren't able to add more. Luckily we had a little cash 👌

We're in town on vacation and our kids were getting tired of the kids meals at other restaurants (i.e. hotdogs and chicken tenders) so we decided on Japanese so they could have steak and shrimp....and we could have sushi. This was a great spot for it. The sushi was very good and fresh, the kids hibachi dinners were also good and the portions were a good size. Restaurant was clean and had a nice layout. We chose to eat in the sushi bar area (regular table) versus the hibachi tables. Would highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!

This was an interesting restaurant to visit while on vacation. When we asked for a table we were told they did not know the wait time and would not give us an estimate on the wait. We where told by a local that they tell this to tourists to discourage them from eating there sighting that tourists are poor tippers. I am not sure if that is fact or fiction. The food, the Hibachi chef and the atmosphere was great. The prices were fair and the food was fantastic. It was worth the wait and I understand limited seating and trying to be realistic with customers. I hope they don't try and scare away tourists because I think it is a phenomenal restaurant to eat at at while on vacation.
