This place is great; FWB area needed a KBBQ place. Service was friendly and helpful; our server explained everything in depth and offered to help us cook if we needed it. We got the choice meats option with some added veggies to grill. Our favorites were the ribeye and bulgogi. We really enjoyed the pork belly starter (bossam) and the spicy stew (soondubu), as well as the assorted sides that come with the meal including a delicious egg soufflé and several kinds of spicy marinated vegetables. We drank cocktails, one gin cocktail with pears and one whiskey cocktail with fruit wine (might have been called a Seoul Sour?). We had a croffle for dessert, a flaky croissant waffle with honey ice cream and mochi bites, which was delicious. Atmosphere was modern and cosmopolitan; it was pretty dark and the music was loud. This is a nice place for a special occasion and is easy walking distance from several downtown bars. Parking might be difficult on weekend nights if there is something going on downtown, but otherwise there is a good sized parking lot.
This is my first 5 star review. Everything we put in our mouths was delicious. Yes, it is going to cost more than most other restaurants in the area, however it is so worth it. The staff is delightful, the owner humble and kind, the atmosphere lovely. The food is wonderful, filling and of quality.
This was a great experience and memory! Service was excellent and made the whole evening! The two of us had the Bunkjajoo (blackberry wine) to start. We enjoyed the seafood pancake and veggie dumplings as well. For the main course we had the dry age selection (about 6-7 oz of meat) and added shrimp, pork belly, prime ribs eye and choice short ribs. That was enough meat to fill a hungry man and his date! We came in under three Franklin’s with the restaurant $18% gratuity pre-added. That was worth the memory alone. In the future I’d stick with choice beef and the selection add ons we chose. They were better than the dry age.
Atmosphere is absolutely beautiful 😍
Bartenders shake up delicious hand crafted cocktails (love Garrison and Nathan ❤️)
The Vegetable Mandu, Truffle Fries, Cheese Corn, and Egg Souffle appetizers were delicious 😋
Servers, Julia and Nicole were very attentive, professional, and friendly.
Food was absolutely delicious 😋
I absolutely loved it. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner here and it did not disappoint! The food was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Our server was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the variety of dishes they served. Would highly recommend this experience!
