The Crack of Dawn Cafe

I have frequented this restaurant on numerous occasions. I guess you could say a regular. The food is excellent. It's cooked fresh once you arrive. That means on busy days service might be slower, but rest assured nothing is precooked. The servers are outstanding. Very pleasant and eager to ensure your visit was worthwhile. The pancakes are great. I can only eat 2 because they are so big.

We come here way too often! I love Dan, Sunny, and Alexa, they are all amazing people. Of course, shout out to the cooks as they provide the amazing food, this review makes me realize I need to learn their names so I can give them proper thanks. This place does get busy and yes sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but that's because everything is MADE TO ORDER and made with love, so keep your hangry attitude in check, it'll be worth it!! The country fried steak is my favorite- the portions are very generous and you can't beat the price! I always love coming here and again, the food is AMAZING!

Came here on a recommendation… COD did not disappoint. We ordered 2 plates, The Layered Breakfast & The Standard. Both plates came out effect! Food was great. Pancakes were like I wish I could make them. Best breakfast in FWB so far. Highly recommend this place. The 80’s music videos played in the background make for a nice vibe too. Sonny our waitress was attentive, never let our drinks go down & was pleasant to speak with. Overall experience… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Steak and grits could make you want to lick the plate!! These are real Southern grits! The steak was super tender and wonderful flavor! Service staff were kind and efficient. This is a must stop even after the crack of dawn. We’ll be back … my son might try the pancake contest.
