My favorite burger since I was a child over 50 years ago! Love the way they prepare the burger, the bun soaks up a bit of the meat juices while still on the grill! LOVE IT!

I used to come here a lot around three years ago before work. There was a younger woman there who was amazing. Customer service was top tier. She made sure I got everything I needed. Somewhere along the way she no longer worked there. Fast forward to recently, another worker had good customer service. She always made sure I had what I needed. I no longer eat here but I always get my niece breakfast from here before school. The staff is horrible now. Even the manager who used to be great doesn’t seem to care about her job. They will leave you at the order box with no greeting for minutes while they have a full conversation with each other right in front of you. On the plus side the food is usually fresh. If they could get there customer service together it would be a much better establishment.

Krystals is always good but they need to make the meat thicker... All you taste is bread and onions. Don't get me wrong... It comes in handy when you are out and about but not for an actual meal. It's just bread.

You have to be on the mood for this place to enjoy. My bacon cheese burgers were average. Very mushy. Too much mustard. The chili cheese pups are fantastic. The fries were mushy as well. A little undercooked. I will return because I love the chili cheese pups. The burgers just aren't the way I remember them when I was younger.
