Cicis Pizza

Took the children and my friend this evening for dinner. Always had a CiCi's back in Ohio where I am from but haven't seen another for several years. Ilene, the manager on duty, greeted us the moment we walked in and helped us through the payment process. She was very professional, kind and helpful. Even ensured we got freshly made pizza on the buffet. Pizza was great and the staff was kind. Kids enjoyed the large selection of arcade/games. We will be back!

Diana was incredible, such a professional and always welcoming to every customer. CiCis was quiet when I got there but it was that time of day. It soon began to get really busy. The staff were great and kept the pizzas coming. An elderly couple came in and Diana told the lady how beautiful she looked today and you could see how happy the lady was to hear that. I thought that was an incredible gesture on Diana's part especially since young people get a bad rap these days. Dianas parents deserve a high 5 for bringing up such a kind young woman. Diana should be recognized for her customer service skills. As a manager at a major airline Diana would be a terrific employee to add to the team. I really hope Diana gets the recognition she so deserves. Thank you Diana, Never change. You are the best.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They close at 10pm and my kids really wanted cicis but it was 940. I called and asked before I showed up to see if we can still go which a very cheerful man said yes. My family of 5 went and everyone there was so helpful and kind. Not once did they make it seem like we were a bother for being last. As a matter of fact, they even had fresh pepperoni cooking in the oven waiting on us to get there. Definitely recommend their friendliness attitude

This was my 1st visit ever to a Cici's. Not only was the store clean, but the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Angel helped us at the register, and very nice and personable. The cook Diana made some pizzas special order and was so happy to do so. The manager Ilene was extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and sweet. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job, it was a great atmosphere and I enjoyed the whole experience thoroughly. We will be back for sure, I have many flavors left to try. They even have deserts and desert pizza which was amazing. Thank you all for being so sweet and welcoming and just having a great time with us. It was a needed night out and made better by the crew. Thanks so much guys!!!
