The food here never disappoints and the prices are reasonable. Their Eggs Benedict are the best! Plenty of free parking and you can visit with family and friends because there is not a lot of noise.

Great hot breakfast on a miserable rainy day. The staff is very nice even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was hot and exactly what we ordered. News Flash: Did you know you get a free slice of pie on Monday? No, we didn't either! That's a 6 or 8 dollar value on top of a huge breakfast. Most people get the pie to go!

The food is good here. Got our eggs scrambled and they were runny and wet in the middle. Asked if we could send them back to cook a little longer. They said yes. The waitress said next time just ask for them well done. Which I thought scrambled eggs are supposed to be well done. Two evenings my son and I got the all you can eat pancakes. Both times the pancakes were wet in the middle like medium rare. I know they're in a hurry but they can't have wet batter in the middle. Both times, wet. Even on a reorder. When they're cooked all the way through they're really good.

Prices, normal. Pastries are wonderful.... Didn't like their scrambled eggs... But have had other breakfasts there, an very good. NEXT time I going want a pot pie.. it looks delicio

Well I just love Perkins come I go to 4 or 5 different ones in the Orlando area and I love the fact I get my coffee immediately and they make the best omelets in town, And of course their muffins are to die for. And so are their pies especially coconut cream and banana cream. On Mondays you can get a free slice of pie with any entree and take it home and eat it later. So far I've only eaten 3 bites of the pie I brought home from last night. Think I'll go have some now lol!
