The restaurant is nice new and clean. The food was delicious I had the Caribbean Trio consisting of goat curry, jerk chicken and pork. The jerk and the curry were amazing. I highly recommend both. The pork was alright but couldn't hold a candle to the other two. The one thing here you must absolutely try is the Caribbean pull-apart bread it comes with three dipping sauces and is unbelievable.

Sebastian’s Bistro is a lovely little spot to enjoy a meal at Caribbean Beach. The atmosphere is nice and airy and it’s your standard quality of Disney service. The food itself is pretty good. It won’t be the best Caribbean food you’ve ever had but it hits the spot. The Caribbean Pull-apart Rolls are awesome and worth getting every time. Hard pass on the Jamaican Meat Pies though. It’s worth noting that the kids menu is really quite good!

We stayed at the resort and by happenstance dined at Sebastian's Bistro when our other dining plans fell through. By far, the BEST meal we have had at Disney over multiple visits. Our family had the jerk chicken, shrimp and tamales, and skirt steak chimichurri; the children had the beef and mushroom burger and pasta. Excellent meal, especially if you enjoy Latin/Caribbean flavors! The food was fresh, meat was tender, and delicious. Enjoyed the banoffee tart and floating island for dessert. As with all the Disney table service restaurants, the chef easily accommodated food allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soy) and spiciness preferences. Our waitress, Claudia, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. You can see the Epcot fireworks if you sit at a table in the back, closest to the docks. We were all sad that we did not discover Sebastian's until our last night at Disney as we would have changed reservations and plans to dine there twice in order to try other items on the menu - the goat curry and whole fish- came highly recommended. It was our best dining experience to date in regards to food and service. While we do enjoy the entertainment of some of the other table service restaurants, we will be back to Sebastian's for the food alone!

I had the goat curry, it was delicious. I'm not deducting stars for price because you have to pay that Disney tax wherever you go.

Nice, quiet, clean and modern atmosphere, the food was served with excellent presentation. I felt like I was being served a 5 star meal.

My toddler had the Mac and cheese she ate the whole bowl, it isn't Kraft but she didn't seem to mind.
