TGI Fridays

I ordered the rack of ribs, with mashed potatoes, this is what I order every time I am at TGIF. The ribs with the Jack Daniels signature sauce it was awesome as usual. The service was great as well. Love it every time.

I have been coming here since 1992 + always a pleasure even after all these years! The food is just lush + so tasty and staff always really nice. However Crossroads is to be demolished 2021 + I for one am gutted as TGI will be levelled so this kinda bitter sweet revue just hope the staff get sorted

Holly was the best waitress... Food was okay but service overall was amazing. Lemonades were amazing including appetizers!

TGI Fridays has definitely gone downhill.
The chefs/cooks at this location will butcher your entire order and believe me you will have to ask for all your missing pieces and things redone separately. After my fish was technically not cooked at all. Straight up bright pink, they took it back to burn it inedible. I paid for the cooks mistake virtually. You are going for the food usually and they can't get it right. So I gave it 3 stars. What saved this rating was the kind waitress and staff. They greet you and don't ignore you, say bye on your way out and super attentive despite being busy. If you ARE missing food or sauce they are quick. Please learn to cook your meats thoroughly by lowering the heat and lengthening cook time Or always have a piece defrosting so you don't end up with literally RED inside and burnt outside.
