Service is always fast and friendly. The food is excellent. A good rewards program.

December 2018 - We were here a couple days ago and all was good. The women working were friendly and served great food. Today we happened to show up early. To start they opened 10 minutes late. Then they were still setting up for the day. The food was made fine and tasted good but it was not hot at all. The guys working seemed a bit put out that there were customers. They were congenial and only one was working the counter while the other was wandering the restaurant getting ready for the day. I tend to expect more from Moe's.

June, 2019 - We came back here again and I was sort of happy. We were greeted when we entered and were waited on in a timely manner. I got a taco trio with one of each steak, chicken & carnitas. I special ordered them and she made them perfect. At the register the guy working tried to precariously balance them on a basket of chips. One of them tipped over and most if it fell out on the counter. He cleaned off the counter and asked me if I wanted it refilled as it seemed to have tipped over. He acted like he had walked in from another room and discovered it that way. At my request he went and refilled my taco. The chicken and carnitas were very tasty but the steak was a bit bland. The other person with me got a burrito and it was fine. Things used to be so much better here but at least the food is still good.

Michelle and Jacob they were awesome! It was very crowded but they got us out of there just in 25 minutes. Very very good customer service. I will be back.

Joined the loyalty program and got a free burrito just for surviving to see yet another anniversary of my day of birth! What more could any ask? I really like the way their program works. I also like the way they prepare the food in front of you. My favorite Mexican food establishment! If you haven't tried them you should!!
