Yesake

Very nice place with friendly staff. Walking around Disney Springs made me a little hungry. Found this stand alone little restaurant in a cluster of about 3 other restaurants. It seems like Japanese street snacks/food. There is limited seating outside right outside but you can find tables or place to each through the springs. You order and pay at one window and were served through the same window. I only ordered one item: a meat filled roll. It was sweet and delicious. They had it ready in under a minute. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was good and the prices reasonable.

This is Jaianese street fare. There is such a variety of food to choose from (fried chicken, BBQ beef, raw Salmon, red ginger), it would be unfair to rate them based on one visit because the customer chooses the combination of ingredients. It is like Subway in that regard but much better. It has wraps and bowls with Japanese menu. I have been twice. I had the wraps the first time and bowls the second time. I remember liking the wraps much better. I like all of the tastes and textures. The food tastes and appears fresh and the prices are reasonable.
