“I am really confused about the complaints I have read related to customer service and pricing. While it may be slow to get through the line sometimes, it is because there are so many people crowded in the cafe because they're that good. We walk over to the cafe from our building that has a cafe in it. We weren't really sure if Cafe Vecino would remain the same after the new owners took over. I will say the new owners are very nice and very welcoming and accommodating. Also, the kitchen staff from Cafe Vecino are still there, so the food hasn't changed. As a matter of fact, they actually offer even more selections and more variety in their menu. They even added vegan and vegetarian options and really hat something for everyone. The cafe in my building is quite expensive, portions much smaller and they have less of a variety than Cafe Vecino. I love this place.”

“What a great little find in Maitland!!! Great coffee from #Lineage coffee. The Music was wonderful, not to loud. Good place to have a delicious breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Small family place with comfortable seating, clean, and the aroma of fresh baked bread. Doesn't get any better than that for an appetizing prelude to breakfast! Service was slow, but friendly, young guy waiting all the tables. Pleasant place to eat, we will return when in the area.”

“I placed a catering order a week in advance for a company meeting. I was so worried that because I placed it early they may forget about it and it wouldn't be ready when I arrived. When I arrived this morning not only was my whole order packaged up and ready, they had included a bunch of napkins, utensils, and everything else needed for coffee. They even helped me carry everything out to my car! I highly recommend this location and will be using them for all of my company's breakfast needs.”

“The food is pretty good depending on what you get. They had little staff each time I went which meant wait times for ordering and for serving. There aren't a whole lot of tables so when it gets busy you might need to go elsewhere. Pricing wasn't too ridiculous for being the most convenient eatery near by.”
