Diners rave about the chicken and waffles for Sunday brunch, topped with maple syrup aged in a bourbon cask—this is not your usual chicken and waffles. New street-style food truck items such as shrimp tacos, Chinese duck bao sandwiches and arepas. Try the "fire rescue burger," a flame grilled Angus beef delight with habanero pepper, ghost pepper jack cheese and chipotle aioli. You can sweat, but no crying, please.
