The Hampton Social

Stellar experience! Our waiter, Ibrahim, was very friendly and polite. Drinks were great, food was delicious, and the open air seating is a nice touch. The manager (Casey) walks through the dining room and speaks with guests regularly to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. Highly recommend! 5 STARS!

They have really cute drinks, also have mocktail options!
They were accommodating for our group of 8 (we made a reservation) Our server was nice and very attentive.

I ordered a kale salad and when it arrived it had way more items than listed in the description. I’m taking about it listed 5 and showed up with 26 items on it. The manager was kind in making sure that they got me a salad I could eat (I have a lot of allergies) and then made sure I actually liked it. A lot of their food has cheese, fair warning for my vegans.

First time at the Hampton Social and we were greeted at the bar by a server / bartender. She just said hi , and then walked away without even asking if we were first timers . We looked at the menu waiting to see if she would come over and ask if we had any questions. Didn’t happen. 😔. She finally came over, but with another employee. We had to tell her that it was our first time. My friend asked her what is the Hampton known for and she answered , but it took her a while. So by now , I’m assuming the employee with her would have stepped up and said... “hi, I’m so and so and the server beside me is..... by the way our server / bartender never introduced herself.... anyways, she never helped out and our server seemed a little lost. I still don’t know if she was training or not. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Such a beautiful place with amazing music. Luckily , we like to give the benefit of the doubt and a second chance to anyone we encounter in the hospital business. I don’t know if I’m spelling his name right, but Resa the manager came over and made out First time here so lovely! He took the time to explain happy hour and what the restaurant is all about!! Awesome manager!!!! Loved his hospitality. Well , along comes Warren and he was outstanding!!!!!!! He made the entire experience worthwhile!!!! He knows What hospitality is all about!!! What an amazing person!!!! Great bartender!! We are definitely coming back because of the manger and him!!!!! He is so knowledgeable about wine!

The atmosphere at the Hampton Social is bar none. The transition from inside to outside is seamless and the restaurant flows nicely. They’ve done a very good job at transforming the space. The outdoor seating is comfortable and makes catching up with friends a breeze. Friends enjoyed the themed cocktails and our server, while very busy, was attentive. The food was decent, but the atmosphere will bring you back. The clam chowder is good with corn and bacon and the chicken lollipops were tasty too. The mac and cheese was relatively bland. Calamari was standard and the accompanying sauces were okay. I will definitely be back when they open up for brunch. I’m glad there is a new option over near the I Drive corridor!

Here in the US a lot of places are beautiful but service doesn’t match the appearance.
Jason if i remember his name right(from Hawaii) made our experience unforgettable. Very pleasant, polite he explained the menu to us. The service was perfect from A to Z. The whole staff was great and the food and drinks were very good as well as the atmosphere. Will definitely and gladly be back. To whoever owns the place, take great care of your staff they deserve it and will keep the place enjoyable
