First Watch - Lake Nona

Excellent service. Professional waiters &waitresses. Good atmosphere a d the food is outstanding. Try the kale omelet, it's delicious. Good coffee also. Good prices compare to other brunch cafes.

My family and I love First Watch. I think we have visited every location in the South Orlando area.

There are really only two issues with the new Lake Nona location:

1. Supply and demand issues. They were out of a beverage that they had on special today. If you have something on special, you need to be prepared. Always. They only operate for breakfast/lunch/brunch every day and should be able to accommodate.

2. This location was built too small for the population of the Lake Nona area. This location is in a new strip-mall on Narcoossee that had no other tenants at the time the construction took place and they could have easily taken two store fronts rather than just one.

Otherwise it’s another First Watch closer to St Cloud and hopefully we will get our own location down that way soon.

This is a breakfast only type place to eat. It's a little pricy for what it is, but the food is pretty good. The coffee is good tasting but not as strong as I usually like it. The service is usually very good. Expect a wait to get a table unless you get there really early or later in the morning after the rush. There is diverse menu with plenty of staples to choose from. There are also some tasty healthier options if you want as well.
