Starbucks

Not the best starbucks. But the staff is amazing.

I visit this Starbucks often, drive thru sometimes has a wait, but service is always great. The last two times I’ve ordered through the app to pick up in store, the service has been terrible. The first time, my order was completely wrong and I had to wait for it to be remade. The second time (this morning), everyone seemed too busy behind the counter to help those of us who were picking up mobile orders. Instead of calling the orders out when they were done, they just kept sitting them on the counter and going back to filling more orders. Several of us had to ask for our coffees, because no one was calling out names for the orders that were prepared. I think I will go back to using the drive thru, as the service seems a lot more efficient, instead of picking up inside.

I really like this location, Barista's are really nice and I never have to ask them re-do my drink.

Found this Starbucks to be very packed, so is well used all day and quite a bit of people getting work done at their laptops. Seems to me there should be another Starbucks near narcosee and moss since there definitely is the demand.

This Starbucks is conveniently located. There is ample parking and a drive-thru. I placed an online order and sat outside. I would definitely return if I'm in the neighborhood. There's a smoothie place next door too.
